F&A, Inc. is an independent Supply Chain / Logistics consulting firm that specializes in the area of distribution operations. Our Principal (Tom Freese), a former member of both the CSCMP & WERC Governing Boards, brings over 25 years of experience with a wide variety of practical knowledge in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. He is well recognized in the field having written articles in the trade press and chapters in a number of Management Handbooks. He has made numerous presentations to such groups as CSCMP, IWLA and WERC, as well as to conferences & forms in Brazil, China, Europe, Korea, and Russia and throughout the US.
Mr. Freese is supported by a network of Associates with specific expertise is all facets of Supply Chain Management. These associates all are long term resources of F&A, Inc. and share a common passion to put the client’s needs first. They bring with them years of hands-on experience. That expertise is based upon a unique blend of line management, staff management, and consulting experience combined with strong academic credentials results in a very pragmatic approach to our recommendations. This unusual understanding of “having been there” causes us to set more realistic expectations’ both for results as well as the identification of potential risks and obstacles.
